1. Attributed conversions go up — typically 15–35%

Where does the lift come from? Three places:

  • iOS/Safari ITP — browser-set cookies expire after 7 days, so week-2 returning visitors count as strangers
  • Stripped click IDs — redirects and storefront scripts remove fbclid/gclid before conversion events fire

If your traffic is mostly organic or repeat customers, your recoverable gap is smaller. If you buy cold paid traffic, it is bigger.

2. Meta Event Match Quality climbs — usually into the 7–9 range

EMQ is Meta's own score for how confidently it can match your events to ad accounts. Browser-only setups in Bangladesh commonly sit at 4–6 because fbc/fbp and click IDs never reach the server event.
