Refund Policy

The Short Version
7-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. Annual plans cancelled mid-cycle are refunded prorated for unused months. We don't trap people — if BonicBD isn't working for your business, we want to part on good terms.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every new paid subscription (GO, Starter, Pro, or Business) is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from the date your first payment is verified. If within 7 days you decide BonicBD isn't right for you, email bonicbdsgtm@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll process a full refund — no questionnaires, no retention scripts.
2. Free Trial Plans
The Free Trial plan never charges, so there's nothing to refund. If you upgraded from Trial to a paid plan, the 7-day window starts from the paid plan's first payment.
3. Annual Plans & Prorated Refunds
If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day window:
- We calculate the value of months you've used at the equivalent monthly rate (without the 10% annual discount).
- The remaining unused months are refunded.
- Example: You buy a 12-month Starter plan for ৳20,520 and cancel after 4 months. Used value: 4 × ৳1,900 = ৳7,600. Refund: ৳20,520 − ৳7,600 = ৳12,920.
4. Monthly Plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance. After the 7-day window, monthly cycles are non-refundable, but cancellation stops the next renewal immediately. The Service remains active until the end of the paid month.
5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrade payments are prorated and applied immediately. If you upgrade and then cancel within 7 days of the upgrade, the upgrade differential is refundable. Downgrade requests take effect at the next billing cycle and do not generate refunds for the current period.
6. What Is Not Refundable
- One-time setup, migration, or custom development services that have already been delivered
- Add-on credits or services consumed during the billing period
- Accounts terminated by us for violating the Terms of Service
- Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the qualifying payment for monthly plans
7. How to Request a Refund
The fastest channel is WhatsApp at +880 1760-363322. You can also email bonicbdsgtm@gmail.com with your account email and order ID. We acknowledge requests within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
8. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible:
- bKash / Nagad — refunded to the same number used for payment
- Bank transfer — refunded to the same bank account
- Card payments — reversed to the original card (3–7 business days for the bank to post)
- International wire / SWIFT — wire fees may be deducted from the refund amount
9. Affiliate Commission Reversal
If a refunded order had triggered an affiliate commission, the corresponding commission is reversed from the affiliate's balance. If the commission was already withdrawn, it is recovered from future earnings.
10. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please escalate by emailing bonicbdsgtm@gmail.com with the subject "Refund escalation". We'll review independently and respond within 5 business days.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply only to subscriptions started after the change date. Existing subscriptions remain governed by the policy in force at the time of purchase.
