We Built BonicBD Because Tracking Was Bleeding.

We watched our own ad spend become harder to attribute every quarter — Safari ITP, ad-blockers, click IDs disappearing. So we built the server-side tracking infrastructure we wanted to use ourselves, and opened it up for other merchants.

Our Story

From Frustrated Marketers to Tracking Infrastructure

BonicBD started as an internal tool. Our team was running paid campaigns for e-commerce brands and watching attribution erode month after month. The platforms reported one thing, the Shopify dashboard reported another, and the gap kept growing.

We tried the existing server-side GTM providers. They worked, but they were priced for Western markets, charged per module, and offered support hours that didn't match a Bangladesh-based team running campaigns at midnight.

So we built our own — and after we'd been running it for our own brands for months, other merchants started asking if they could use it too. BonicBD became a product because the merchants we served kept asking for one.

Today we're focused on doing one thing very well: making first-party server-side tracking accessible — technically, financially, and operationally — to merchants who don't have a DevOps team and don't want one.

What We Believe

The Principles That Shape The Product

Your Data, Your Domain

Tracking events should belong to you, on your subdomain, not get vacuumed up through a third-party hostname you don't control.

Honest Pricing, Predictable Bills

Flat monthly pricing in your currency, every module included. No usage surprises, no per-feature add-ons, no hidden enterprise tier.

Support That Actually Helps

Real engineers on WhatsApp in Bengali and English, not a tier-1 ticket queue. We help you debug your specific tag, not point you at docs.
